Yoga at a young age encourages positive body image and awareness. At Rising Sign Yoga, we teach a curriculum of beginner postures and balance that also highlights important aspects of yoga philosophy and mindfulness.

 

Rising Sign Yoga has partnered with Greater Boston schools to offer yoga to kids of all different ages. We offer an opportunity for physical movement and an intro to mindful breathing, as well as a conversation about the foundations of yoga and values like kindness, gratitude, and self-discipline.

It’s an honor to be able to introduce yoga to children, and it has become an important part of our mission to share this transformative practice with as many people as possible.
